Multiple exterior floodlights on the east-facing side of the multifamily building appear to have broken, missing, or ineffective hoods. The exposed bulbs are directly visible from the neighboring residences to the east and south and cast significant glare into its windows. The lights remain illuminated continuously, including throughout the night.Please inspect whether the fixtures comply with Seattle's exterior-lighting and light-spill requirements and require them to be repaired, shielded
