CONSTRUCTION--per online-- A homeowner appears to be building some kind of structure less than 2 feet from two property lines. The structure is located in his or her front/side yard and appears to be rather large. A concrete slab has been laid and the overhang from the building appears to touch two property lines. The work has been ongoing for about a week.
