Per Online; Overgrown vegetation, blackberry, ivy, and pine tree blocking alley. Unable to walk through and for cars, especially for police to drive through to deter homeless from setting up camp. There has been illegal dumping and people already loitering in the alleyway

PER CSB:CSB - Transfer to SDCI. Overgrown bushes in Alley from the properties listed are preventing my contractor from cleaning the Alley. Properties are: 12030 Hiram PL NE, 12023 28th AVE NE, 12031 28TH AVE NE, 12036 Hiram PL NE, 12042 Hiram PL NE, and 12046 Hiram PL NE. Alley needs bushes and trees trimmed. - LTC
