Per Online; Landlord will not return deposit.I viewed a unit at the property on 7/16. I spoke with the general manager, Danny Parkman, about the application process after the tour. Mr. Parkman told me there was a $9 application fee, and a $300 holding deposit. Mr. Parkman also told me that once the deposit is paid and I am approved, I have 4 days to decide to sign a lease. Per Online; I want to report a noise complaint on NE 65th street. The construction puts the metal panels to cover holes on the street, but it makes loud noises when cars passing through them.The noises happened several days and I could not sleep for a long time. Could you ask anyone to fence these holes or make any approaches preventing them from making any loud noise?
