Overflow of dumped furniture for the past 8-10 months. Decomposing mattress and continual dumping of furniture upon move out without requesting pick up. This has attracted nearby transient folks to rummage through dumpster and create more of a mess and throw garbage into the shared alley. We called fall 2023 to report this and were told the city did receive a special pick up request for 2 mattresses however, the city came and only picked up 1 mattress.
