Consistently, there is an overflow of garbage from this building's dumpsters, and disposed furniture. All of this ends up being scattered down the street, and it becomes the neighbors' responsibility to clean it up. Recently, a couch was left by there dumpsters, and some of the residents illegally dumped in on the sidewalk in front of another neighbor's property. The building manager needs to do a better job enforcing proper garbage disposal.

PER CSB: There are at least 4 (hopefully empty) containers of muriatic acid left by a dumpster next to the rear carport. It has 1.5 pH and is a methamphetamine ingredient. Judging by volume & disposal method (the user didn't have a dumpster key), it's likely used for illegal purposes

I am in a commercial space that is illegal. The space was divided in 2 and i am leasing this space and just realzing it iHas no permits. I don't have a document of occupancy and landlord cannot present one for me. My mail is going into her mailbox and now she's rummaging through my mail and putting into a mailbox that has no address of its own.
