HelloThe building residents across the street keep dumping their garbage in our dumpsters and side walk.In the last few weeks, they have dumped building materials and garbage, huge boxes in our dumpsters and sidewalk. Last night myself and a few tenants from our building took most of the items dumped on our side and placed them with a note by their front door. This morning all the items were brought back to our sidewalk again.The condo across the street is located at 7 Highland Driv
