per online complaint: Vegetation from private property/planting strip overhanging or encroaching on street, alley, or sidewalk Sidewalk is severely obstructed by trees and bushes from strip and from owner's property. Sidewalk is also cracked and hard to transit. My wheelchair-bound father cannot pass.
