Weeds & dead plants from an untamed lawn are overtaking the sidewalk from both sides, limiting accessibility for strollers or people using mobility aids. On the adjacent sidewalk on the corner of 24th & Madison, there is a downed tree limb which also doesn't allow pedestrians to cross to avoid obstruction.
