15 years of illegal dumping, 2 arson occurred in last 12 months. The Parkridge appartments have unsecured alley garbage bins which attrach homeless, residential dumping, commercial dumping, crows, and more.

The building's AC unit sits close to my property line and emits a constant noise that I believe is above the allowed level. I don't know exactly when this started, but it has been ongoing for a while. Unfortunately, I don't know how to contact the owner or manager of the building. I hope there's a way to put up a sound barrier.
