Heat stopped working a year ago in the bedroom. A few months later the kitchen heat stopped working and a few months after that the bathroom heat stopped working. Complainant stopped paying rent in January 2006 and as of yesterday was evicted (complainant was late to court hearing on 2/14/06). Complainant is in the process of moving out.
