My building's water has been shut off for several hours. Supposedly they are working to restore plumbing but this won't be complete for several more hours. I have lived in this building for almost 3 years now and about 1-2 times each year this happens. I have asked why this happens regularly and management claims that its an old building and these things happen but I have not lived anywhere else where this has happened even once.

The company Pro Vac is outside the Sovereign apartment building on Boren Avenue drilling into the ground and doing extremely loud excavation work in the middle of the night, outside of ordinance hours. It's been going on for over an hour and it is current 11:30 PM. I can provide photos and short video with noise.
