Per CSB; SDCI - Enforce land use violation - Car has been on front lot since 2020 in an area that already struggles with people dumping large items such as home appliances and furniture. Is it possible to have the car removed please?

Operating an automobile repair shop in a residential neighborhood, automobiles parked on the front and sides of the property, garbage not being properly disposed of, rats breeding on the property, TV's and other debris littered on the property leaching heavy metals into the soil, rear fire exits blocked with debris.(See attached letter along with two color digital photos of the property)

Per online complaint "The tenants of this property are operating an automobile repair shop out of the garage. There are mulitple vehicles parked in the street awaiting repair. SPare parts (hoods, fenders, bumpers, doors) are located all over the property. Sanding and painting is a health hazard."
