Landlord failed to make necessary repairs to rental unit in a timely manner. We have been reporting plumbing issues since Nov 2025, which were addressed. We discovered mold under kitchen sink in Jan 2026. We submitted maintenence request 1/16. They sent someone out with dehumidifiers on 1/26. On 2/17, they sent us notice to be out of unit for abatement 2/22-2/24. We returned to a gutted kitchen without being notified of the state of our home. Our shower stopped working on 4/12, I placed a ticket though the appartment managment app on sat, 4/13. It no longer has water pressure, whereas just before it stopped working, you had to crank the shower to get the water running. The sink and toliet work just fine, and there are no appearent leaks. It was apparently assigned to a tech on 4/15 and the tech was "contacted" on 4/17. I called on sat, 4/20, at which time the lady I spoke with couldn't find the ticket initially, but did after about

SJA Property Management recently took over our building and urged us to sign a lease with increased housing costs without proper notice (they gave 25 days).
