Complaint: LandLord/Tenant
Opened June 3, 2026
My landlord notified my three days after I moved out that the electronic keys I am using need to be returned. I was never aware of this, and neither the property manager nor move out instructions indicated anything about returning the key. They are now threatening to charge me a holdover fee which is twice of the daily rate for three days, saying that I did not completely move out when I did move out exactly according to provided instructions.

Issues with the property elevator include going down frequently and not being back in a reasonable amount of time. The property has had a supervisory alarm for months now regarding the elevator duct. The elevator also stutters on floors and shakes.
