Complaint: Construction
Opened December 18, 2024
This house is listed for sale (along with the adjoining property), but it clearly underwent extensive renovation and construction where additional rooms and bathrooms were added. There didn't appear to be any relevant permits on the city website. It also appeared to have a basement unit without egress windows, which is a clear code violation.
