online There is construction on the patios above us which are resulted in water damage. The overhang above our unit was heavily damaged for over a year before repairs began. Repairs have been put on hold blocking our entire patio and making our sliding doors completely unusable blocking a fire escape.When the power goes out the gate closing the unground parking locks and will not open without electricity. It is supposed to have a safety unlock you can manually use but it does not work and needs
