I am a resident at Ruth Court. On November 10th, 2025, the water pump in the building broke and as a result the water pressure dropped significantly. Management was made aware of the issue and acknowledged it promptly, but over two months later the water pressure has not been fixed. Management refuses to compensate since it is an "act of god" and there have been long gaps where residents were not proactively provided any updates.On the fourth floor, a using a water gauge I measured the shower

The back main entrance to the building that requires a key fob to enter has been broken for several weeks with no communication to tenants about when repairs would be made. Another side exit to the court yard seems to have been sealed shut by some substance (see photo). This leaves only the front main entrance to the building is accessible.

The single elevator has been out of service since the first week of June 2025. On 7/6/25 paramedics had to be let in by a resident because they could not access the upper floor unit to which they were called without a key fob. Additionally, the one (sort of) wheelchair-accessible entrance to the building has been chained shut for weeks.

The one elevator in the building has been non-functioning for several weeks, as well as one of the main entrances to the building is also not functioning.
