VB--per online--This abandoned coffee shop and the house behind it, as well as the property north have become a dumping ground for garbage. It also appears that they are being used a restroom for several individuals. This area is also being frequented by folks who appear under the influence of drugs. Something needs to be done to clean up this area as it it is starting to hurt the local businesses around it.

Per CSB:"Never ending junk trash dumped from homeless that continue to use the abandoned house and backyard as the project is stalled. Site likely needs to be surrounded with a metal chain fence."
