Compl just moved in and is concerned about the electrical wiring in the unit. He says several electrical outlets are not installed properly. He also says a Comcast technician removed the cover to the electrical panel and found several wires hanging loosely, not connecting to anything. The house was recently renovated.

Per online complaint dated on 9/14/2006-"moved into apt 201 midJune, # of problems,hole in the bathroom ceiling not fixed,raw sewage leaking from it currently,smoke saturation in one room,threatened with eviction if we fixed problems,paying electricity for garage not ours,water tobe shutoff" not until Oct.11th....*spoke with complainant, they use to live in unit#202, the place was flooded and was transferred to #201. they are on a month to month lease. they never received their new lease for #2
