Roof leak and the complainant's top floor unit has water leaking down walls and pooling on the floor of the kitchen. Ongoing for 3+ years. Owners say they will fix it, someone comes out and puts tar on the roof, but leak continues to occour.

I've three incidents this year alone and I put the Property Manager on notice that until he shows me proof that he has had a licensed contractor do the proper repairs to the roof I am holding back a portion of my rent." **called and spoke to tenant who reports ongoing wet kitchen wall every time it rains heavily.
