Per Online; The boiler backfires loudly 10-20 times per day. The elevator works about 1/2 the time. Mgmt always say they are fixing both issues, and they never get fixed. There is no alternative option for residents that live on the higher floors if elevator is not working. This is a violation of fair housing. The boiler constantly backfiring is disturbing and dangerous.
