Whenever the power goes out there is no way to enter the building and people get stuck in the garage with no way out. We are given key fobs. The key fobs and the call box stop working when the power is out. I have brought this to the attention of the landlords and they've done nothing to fix this problem. This problem has occurred four separate times. The only thing they've done to "fix" this situation is provided us with a small box with a manual code with one key inside righ

Our internet closet on the 2nd floor is a rats nest of cables and has power strips plugged into power strips with extension cords etc. I was able to take several pictures as proof the last time it was left unlocked. I believe it is CenturyLink's doing and that our property manager is aware of it but has yet to correct the issue.
