On June 1, 2026, I asked Assistant Manager Dennis Brown why a known dangerous dog - responsible for three attacks including the death of my dog on April 29, 2026 - was still on property. In response, he screamed "FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU" in my face repeatedly.Portfolio Manager Lea Thomas (Allied Residential) reviewed the footage and confirmed in writing that the behavior was "unacceptable and unprofessional." the trash chutes don't often work and then the trash rooms get filled with garbage and cockroaches and bugs. they only clean it on fridays so the rest of the week it smells and bugs get out.
