A neighboring unit has a roach infestation that is making its way to my unit. The leasing office has responded to each of my complaints by having pest control come out to spray, but the problem only seems to be getting worse. I made my first complaint on September 12, 2026, it is now October 18, 2026 and I am seeing roaches in my apartment daily.

On June 1, 2026, I asked Assistant Manager Dennis Brown why a known dangerous dog - responsible for three attacks including the death of my dog on April 29, 2026 - was still on property. In response, he screamed "FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU" in my face repeatedly.Portfolio Manager Lea Thomas (Allied Residential) reviewed the footage and confirmed in writing that the behavior was "unacceptable and unprofessional."
