PER PHONE COMPLAINT: HMBC violations.-leak around fire sprinkler-leak from kitchen cabinetComplainant believes the roof is cause of the leak. He lives on the top floor of the building. The owner/management has been contacted several times, but to no avail.See attached email correspondence.
