There is loud construction beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturdays, which is extremely disruptive and inconsiderate to residents. Weekend mornings should not be subject to this level of noise.

Roaches in unit, maintenance request has not solved the issue. Roaches are still a serious problem.

Our laundry room was completely unusable for several months (from before March 19th until Aug 8th) and now that it is "serviceable" we still do not have 2 working dryers (one does not fully dry clothes), no sink, an alarm that won't quit, the sub-floor is exposed, and there are exposed wires held up by painters tape. Furthermore, there are a lot of other issues in and around the building. In my unit (306) in particular there is a crack in the wall that seems to be growing. Our electrical wiring
