Tenant received notice for pending rent increase (currently $1,040 - will be $1,195 on 3/1/17). Previous rent increase took effect in May of 2016 (rent was previously $950 - increased to $1,040 on 5/1/16). Housing violations are present in unit, specifically plumbing issues (i.e., dirty water is coming from the washing machines in the upper unit to the washing machine in the complainant's unit). Furthermore, there is mold on the floor throughout the unit.***See Housing SR 68456***
