PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: There was a WSDOT employee hammering into asphalt/concrete at 630 AM this morning, which is too early. Was not able to see the license plate, but I did see a sticker that said 51A on the back of the truck (I believe, but I could be off)

Tenant called Complaint Line with questions about breaking their lease. Roommate moved abroad and the remaining tenant was under the impression that they would merely be charge a fee; however, the MGMT company is claiming that the tenant is financially responsible for the remaining 6 months of rent.
