Blocking view of trafficBlocks car views on turnabout. Overgrown blackberries, 4 ft tall weeds on right of way and dead piles of tree branches that have been there since January. I texted the home owner multiple times and he said he would address in February but nope. Sidewalk is also corroded and hard to walk through without being stuck with branches/stickers.Reference 005773-22
