I walk by this house every day. Seems like they started building an exterior wood stairs that goes into an attic that is less than 10ft from surrounding properties.

I have repeatedly requested my neighbor not trespass on my property. She doesn't care and keeps telling me it isn't a big deal. She now has construction materials blocking access to her upstairs attic apartment which she has just rented, so her tenants have been using my property to access hers, including conducting an entire move through my yard.
