Property management has recently changed, now the amount being charged for water/sewage/garbage has doubled. Tenant states there is a leak on property, instead of property management fixing, they are passing additional charges onto tenants. Seeking tenant rights info.

PER CSB: Customer resides at 1321 Queen Anne Ave N, Apt 304. Customer has noticed that the water/sewer/garbage bills have increased by $285/month since July. The average was $185 a month. Now customer is billed for $321.65. Customer is aware the building had a leak. They are concerned tenants are being billed for the leak. Customer would like meter readings for the building. The property manager and the third-party billing agency each refer to each other and will not respond to the concern.
