New construction at this property is unsecured. No trash containers on site. Trash is all over the place. Storm water runoff is not contained, and a river of dirt is washing down half of 3rd Ave. Trucks entering and leaving leave a large muddy trail on the road.

PER CSB: I own the property at 13315 3rd Ave. NE. Demolition of property next door has disturbed/removed preexisting retaining wall on the North side of my property leaving the soil there vulnerable to collapse. New construction is already taking place without stabilization in place.
