Per Online; Poor rental conditions. Structural standards- Roof leaks in to multiple units including, causing mold and holes, soft spots in carport from water damage. fourth floor catwalk is un stable. Security and safety- illuminating exit signs do not work when there is power failure. unit patios have wobbly guard rails.

Per Online; Leaks coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. most of the time its a heavy drip. water leaks coming through kitchen light fixtures.emergency flood lights in 2nd floor hallway do not work. kitchen fan does not work over the stove.electrical outlets in the kitchen are loose, plugs fall out easily
