They're doing jobs without following through legal process on the property managers/owners part ! You're lovely inspector Juan Guerrero informed me when a neighbor called in the violation when they finally (after well over a year) Hired a company to cut down the dead tree in back. They've raised the rent on me while keeping the house in disrepair on multiple levels, my son has been sicker living here than he ever has anywhere else we Believe there's a mold issue in the walls... The roof was rot
