pest issue spiders specially, exposed can lights (dust/debris) exhaust fan vented from neighbors unit/tiles are coming off, washing machine from neighbor while in use backs up into my bathtub - landlord aware not addressing any problems I mentioned , if someone is walking upstairs I can hear it in my unit - major code violations need inspection
