Housing Cost Increases- ALL housing cost increase notices must provide a minimum of 180 days' advance written notice. Does this mean if I gave a 180 day notice of $100 increase from $1,400 to $1,500 I have to go to the full amount of $1,500 or can I go lower to $1,450 without a new 180 day notice if I don't go to the full amount?
