Per Online; Mailbox was replaced with a new one. New one is damaged. Unannounced man showed up tonight and caused more damage trying to fix it. Landlord refuses to replace broken mailbox after sending a screenshot of a new one ordered saying "FYI". New parking situation has cars right up next to box slots. I will not have access(or the mailman) when that happens. The back is unhinged and I can't open it without prying it open with a tool.
