Property Manager withdrew an additional $884.40 for October's rent on the 3rd of the month. I was never notified that it would happen and the fee was not something I was responsible for. The charge was for my unit being treated for bedbugs along with many other people in the building. Bedbugs are commonly a problem in this area. From what I understand, other people have been charged in the past. This money was set to pay bills, by food, etc. I was left with just over $100 to last 12 days.
