FIND IT FIX IT APP: Vegetation extending vertically and horizontally into the sidewalk. Parking strip overgrown with grass so you can't see the topography of the planting strip (which is irregular). The overgrown vegetation forces pedestrians to step into the planting strip or the street to pass pedestrians moving in the opposite direction. The street has 20K+ cars on it every day, the majority of which exceed the 25mph speed limit.

PER CSB; Heating and ventilation structure removed from house at this address during renovation. Renovation was in spring/summer of 2021. Material has been sitting there since at least July. Some speculation that asbestos may line sheet metal
