Trash along the sidewalk area/ there is trash is the trees above the sidewalk and the belt buckle may be dangerous to pedestrians walking in the area. It is too high for me to reach by myself to dispose of.

The landlords charge a fee to monitor credit scores-- however after I pay my rent on the first of each month, they add on more fees later. They do not post fees in a timely manner. And they should not be credit monitoring if they are posting fees late. (If rent must be paid on the first then an accurate amount due should reflect on the payment statement). The landlords are negligent in their duties and I believe this sort of business practice will increase homelessness in Seattle.

Building management does not have clear communication with tenants. In particular this complaint is that they do not give appropriate notice regarding maintenance or when they want to enter the unit. I have a dog and so it's a problem if people attempt entry without permission while I'm away at work.
