Groundwater undiverted and uncleaned has left a really thick layer of green slime over the entire sidewalk and curb--worrisomely slippery underfoot. Also blackberry vines and other vegetation growing out into the sidewalk. Vehicles are always parked here, so the only way to walk around it is to be actually in the downhill traffic lane, right below a blind curve. There's been runoff here for years but the mess has never been this bad. Thank you for inspecting!

Per CSB; Hello! I was wanting to report that there is garbage building up along the roads throughout the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle, but am not sure who to tell this problem to. Was looking for a possible cleanup crew to come out for roads north of Mercer Ave, such as Taylor Ave N, up to as far as Lee Street. I walk my dog frequently around this neighborhood, which is lined with beautiful flowers and trees. I've been frequently picking up garbage when I can, but
