I sent notice to break my lease under RCW's domestic violence statute to my landlord via certified mail (i have the receipt showing that they received it) and my landlord has ignored it and my emails about it and my deposit and has continued to treat me as though I am an existing tenant and as though I never sent them a Qualified Third Party Affidavit. I need help
