Per online complaint- Loud, buzzing noise from the 11 HVAC units on the rooftop of this building: My bedroom directly overlooks the rooftop of this building. The HVAC units emit a loud, non-stop buzz that can be heard 24-hours a day even when my windows are closed & are unbearably loud when my windows are open.
