I live in basement apartment. It's had some kind of leak for almost a year in the coat closet and hallway. The manager pulled up carpet in the coat closet but not the padding and can't figure out where the water is coming from. It's getting much worse.

There is slippery moss on the north driveway (also south driveway by dumpsters and back parking lot) and I've slipped and fallen in the past on it. The manager has been notified about it several times and usually they take care of it but not this time.

Only washer in the building for 6 units has been broken since 17 May 2021. Keep hearing will be fixed the next day and still not fixed and a 3 day weekend. Since I'm disabled and don't drive it's important that the washer is fixed. The manager has been notified by multiple apartments both by voicemail and written. The washer company supposedly has been notified by multiple people too.
