There is a wood chipper being used on the north side of Denny between 15th and 16th before 9:00a on a Saturday. The machine started around 7:10a. The video was taken at 7:32a.

Health and Safety issue: Apartments leave their dumpsters on the sidewalk at all times, allowing only 18" to pass. Elderly person has recently fallen. SDOT said it was not their enforcement responsibility and that it is DPD's responsibility. Complainant felt he was getting the run-a-round.
