Oversized load truck dropping off construction equipment at 5:30 a.m. on Monday, August 11th at the old Mt Calvary Christian Center. 1412 23rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. Incredibly noisy with flashing lights.

2/11/2025 buildings water was shut off without prior notice. Called office staff and plumbers are here working, they shut off the water & pump to service ongoing issues. In addition my front door is unable to open due to building being uneven/expanding, this has been an ongoing issues for several tenants in this building and I feel it may be a fire department violation as I would not be able to exit safely, it usually takes me 1min+my entire body weight to open my front apartment door.
