Neighbor is building illegal structures, doing illegal wiring, illegally converted garage into a department, illegally running wires under property line underground, sells parking sticker permits, illegal Airbnb. Has complained to the city for 8 years. The city will not send a building inspector or the inspector will not view the issue from above at customer's property. 1417 3rd West. We have made complaints

the neighbor at 1421 3rd ave west has started his yearly warm weather evening construction/workshop activities again. i''m sorry to be a pain but we both work very early shifts at a local hospital, and are in bed by 830, but frankly even if without this, the rule is 7pm for our zoning, and part of living in this area is the expectation of some peace and quiet, awake or asleep. i can live with occasional neighbor noise-making bc that's life in a city, but not the incessant activity till past 10p
