Secured access entry door has been broken and landlord is not fixing it, entry isn't secure. Laundry room which was advertised in our lease and rental information has been in disrepair and one of the only 2 dryers for 24 apartments had been broken for more than 3 months. Landlord is saying no one is being inconvenienced and they don't have to do anything if they don't want to.
