HOUSING--per phone--mold issues. Landlord is going to install fan but she doesn't think that will help. Had a leak last year and area flooded but the mold issues started before then. Personal items are covered in mold and she is starting to have health concerns because of the mold

Elevator broke down 3 wks ago, not getting repaired. This is the only elevator in a 4-story apartment building and there are many elderly tenants.
