Per Inspector: Building was taking over by a new management company (Greystar) that is not honoring the previous lease which was supposed to end September 2026. They are rolling up core maintenance which increases costs to tenants, and there are a number of other issues that have come up. They want him to sign a 1 year lease or they will move him to the month to month rate. They have said he is month to month now and can give 20 days notice to vacate. He would like to give notice and is worried
